📌 Step 1: Get a PAC code from your current provider

• Text "PAC" to 65075 from your current phone

📌 Step 2: Send us the details

• Call 020 4524 0751 or email hello@chatsie.com with:
  
  • Your PAC code
  • Your current phone number
  • Your full name & email address

📌 What happens next?

• Your number transfer will take 24-48 hours
• You may experience a short period without service during the transfer
• If the transfer takes longer than expected, just keep using your old SIM until the switch is complete
