Where can I find my "Refer a Friend" code?

Right after you purchase your Chatsie subscription, you will receive an email with the subject title: Your future referral details. Check spam if it isn’t in your inbox and contact us on hello@chatsie.com if it’s still not there. We will also include a flier in your box so just keep that safe and use it when you come across anyone who could benefit from a Chatsie phone.

How do I use a referral code?

1. When purchasing a Chatsie Subscription you can add a promotion code at checkout by selecting the blue text "Add promotion code"‍

2. Then add the referral code you have been given into the box (see "EXAMPLE CODE" below)

3. Finally add in the name of the person of referred you into the 'name of referrer' box under Shipping information (see below)

When do I get my reward?

Once the person you have referred has used their phone for more than 30 days, you will both hear from us. You will then get your 2 months off and they will have their first month deducted from their bill.

‍Why not straight away?

This is a check from us to make sure the recommendation is genuine. It is sad we need to do this, but the phone industry is rife with bad actors who look for loopholes to exploit generous schemes like this one. 30 days is our money back guarantee period, so that goes some way to confirming this is a genuine purchase.

What if my friend didn’t use my referral link?

Don’t worry! Just contact us on hello@chatsie.com and we will confirm everything to get you both the discount you deserve.

I’ve received an invite for a Chatsie subscription - who benefits from this?

You will get your first month entirely for free and the person who has recommended you, will get 2 months off their subscription too.

Remember, once you are a subscriber, you can refer people too!
