What is the criteria to become a Chatsie partner?

You must be a UK registered company or charity.
You will have access to a relevant audience / customer base (senior citizens & their families).
You have some digital presence (website, email distribution list).
Your community / audience consists of over 30 members.

How will we be paid?

If you are selling stock, then you reconcile your split with us on a quarterly basis.

If you are making introductions and the individual buys through our website (but with a code attributed to your organisation) you will receive payment from us quarterly with a record of what payment is attributed to which customer / member.

How do I market Chatsie to my community?

Once you’re established as a Chatsie partner, we’ll work out a bespoke approach with you. Some might go for a light-touch newsletter, directing their community to a specific website landing page. Others prefer a more involved campaign. Either way, we are on hand to help here.

How much will Chatsie cost for our members?

A Chatsie contract is £24 p/m + a £29 one off purchase fee. Both the first month’s contract payment and the upfront fee will be refunded if they decide against continuing during their 30 day trial period.

Chatsie is a phone provider. We supply our customers with the following over a 24 month contract:

A new Android 13 handset, 6.8” screen, 256GB
A screen protector and black phone case
Unlimited UK calls
Unlimited UK text messages
4GB of data

We have fantastic UK customer phone support (via phone and email) 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday (020 4524 0751) and they can contact us by email hello@chatsie.com outside these times (with a quick response) too.
We will always guarantee customers a high quality working phone.
They are entitled to two replacement handsets during a 24 month period if their phone is lost or stolen.

What happens if our customer / member has a problem with their Chatsie phone?

We handle everything. You just help make the introductions and we will do the rest.
