£24 per month (inclusive of VAT) + a £29 one off fee when you start your contract with us. If you decide against continuing after your 30 day trial, we will refund the first month £24 payment and the £29 fee.

We’re not available in store just yet so unfortunately not. However, if the phone isn’t right, you can return it in a 30 day period and we’ll supply everything needed to return it very easily.

You’ll receive all of your money back within 7 days of us receiving the phone.
Yes, you can! You have a 30-day window from the day you receive your phone to decide if it's right for you. That’s twice as long as most other phone companies give you.
After 30 days, your 24-month contract with us begins. You can find all the details in our Terms and Conditions on our website, here. Since it’s a legal agreement, if you default on payments or try to cancel through your bank, we may need to cancel your contract and recover the phone, along with any remaining unpaid balance for the contract term.
Don’t worry—this process isn’t immediate. You’ll have plenty of time and notifications to resolve any issues first.
If we don’t hear from you within 30 days of a default or forced cancellation, your phone will be locked, you’ll lose access to your network and Chatsie software, and your case may be passed to a debt collection agency.
A lot! Unless you’re a very heavy data user, 4GB should be more than enough. It is good practice to connect to secure wifi instead of using data, especially when at home.

The recipient will then receive the phone with your note (if applicable) and no receipt / price details so it very much feels like a “gift”.
All order's purchased before 1pm are dispatched on the same-day (Monday-Friday). Expect to receive the phone within 1-2 days of dispatch (we send them via First Class Tracked delivery). You will receive an email confirmation from us with the tracking number.
We handle all of this, free of charge (including returns if needed).
If it has been over 3 working days since you bought your phone and/or you cannot get an update from the tracking number in your confirmation email call us on 020 4524 0751 or email hello@chatsie.com and we’ll work quickly to get this resolved.
To keep your old number you will need to provide us with a PAC code, your current number, name and email address. To get a PAC code text “PAC” to 65075 from your current number. Then either call us on 020 4524 0751 or email us hello@chatsie.com with the PAC code, your name, email address, and original number.
There may be a short period of time when your Chatsie phone is in transit and the number has transferred more efficiently than we’d like, which will temporarily leave you without service on your old phone. This is rare and if it does happen, will affect you for 24-48 hours.
A more likely scenario is the number porting takes longer than we’d like. That simply means you keep using your old SIM/handset until everything has been transferred (this process shouldn’t drag on for longer than 24-48 hours of receiving the Chatsie phone).

Through our network partnership with Honest Mobile, you are entitled to 5 days of free EU roaming on every trip, after that you will not be able to access roaming.
If you are calling an international number from the UK which has an associated cost, you will not be able to complete it as there is a £0 payment limit on the SIM.
If you have relatives abroad and want to be in touch with them regularly by phone or message, internet-based apps like Whatsapp & Facebook Messenger provide a free service.
