After 30 days, your 12-month SIM contract begins. If you try to cancel after this period, standard contract terms apply.

• Your Chatsie network & software access will be locked after 30 days of non-payment.
• You’ll receive multiple notifications before any action is taken.
• If the issue isn’t resolved within 30 days, your case may be referred to a debt collection agency.
